Bicester
Project Overview
AVIDAN Group was commissioned to deliver internal demolition and asbestos removal works as part of a large-scale redevelopment of a former technical college in Bicester. The scope included pre-demolition assessments, soft strip, and the careful dismantling of key internal structures to enable full reconfiguration of the site for modern reuse.
The project also involved the sustainable processing of construction materials, with a high percentage of on-site recycling achieved — in line with environmental and client expectations.
