Elgin House
25,800sqft
Project Overview
AVIDAN Group was contracted to deliver a full demolition and enabling package at Elgin House — a multi-storey former office building located in the heart of Edinburgh’s city centre. The works formed a key part of a larger urban redevelopment programme and required careful coordination with city authorities, transport infrastructure, and nearby businesses and residents.
In addition to full structural removal, the project prioritised sustainable recycling practices and on-site material reuse to reduce environmental impact and support programme efficiency.
