Project Overview
This comprehensive project involved the full-strip out of a 14 floor office building located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre.
Phase 1 consisted of derating certain floors the building.
Phase 2 consisted of a soft strip of 10 floors whilst maintaining the use of floors 11-14 with live tenants.
Phase 3 consisted of a full soft strip.
Location: Centre of Birmingham
Duration: 3 phases over 10 months
