Addlestone - Highstreet
Project Overview
AVIDAN Group was appointed to deliver a full demolition, strip-out, and enabling package at a row of six former retail units with residential accommodation above — including two standalone houses — located on Addlestone High Street.
The project required technical cut & carve operations adjacent to a neighbouring structure, demanding precise planning, phased sequencing, and structural care to protect surrounding buildings during demolition. Delivered under tight logistical conditions and with ongoing public interface, the works formed a critical step in the wider regeneration of the town centre.
