Drummond House
120,000 SQFT
former RBS building
Project Overview
The Drummond House project stands as a testament to the adaptability, precision, and excellence that defines AviDan Group Ltd.
As the former headquarters for RBS Bank in Scotland, transforming this iconic building on a 13-acre site was a task that demanded a high level of expertise and meticulous planning.
The building presented a range of unique challenges. It was not just any corporate building; it housed a massive safe area with one-meter-thick concrete walls, layers of 60mm steel bar, and a foundation ring beam sat onto 1.3M diameter concrete piles. Additionally, a large basement level lay hidden beneath the ground.
